A “niche” refers to a targeted market with profit potential that is not too broad of a topic with tons of competition. For example, weight loss is not a niche – it is too broad. But, Dog Training would be a specialized niche, with Training Large Breed Dogs as a micro-niche.
Consider this question “What do most people go online for?”
The answer is obvious: information. What is the most typical way people search? Using specific keywords. It is pretty unlikey someone is going to the Internet and just doing a search for “computers.” They are probably going to type in a search more specific like “computers for gamers” or “computers for less than $500.” You get my point.
The whole idea is to realize the benefits of building niche blogs and then find the niche markets out there and start building. So, here are the benefits.
